Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Here is exactly what data we collect and how we use it.

Last Updated: 26 July 2026

1. Introduction

Tienko ("we", "us", or "our") operates a blockchain-based gaming and digital asset ecosystem across multiple platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any of our Platforms. By using the Platforms, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Platforms.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories: (a) Wallet Data — your public Solana wallet address, which you provide by connecting your wallet. We never collect or store private keys or seed phrases. (b) Profile Data — display name, nation selection, and other optional profile information you choose to provide. (c) Activity Data — game actions, puzzle completions, coin minting events, voting activity, leaderboard rankings, and journey progress. (d) Technical Data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the Platforms, collected automatically via analytics tools. (e) Communications — messages you send through community features, support requests, or contact forms. (f) Transaction Data — public blockchain transaction records associated with your wallet address, which are inherently public on the Solana blockchain.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Platforms; (b) personalise your experience and track your progress across the ecosystem; (c) process transactions and manage the Stash prize pool; (d) send administrative communications, including security alerts and policy updates; (e) analyse usage patterns to improve the Platforms; (f) detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; (g) comply with legal obligations; and (h) enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: (a) Other Tienko Platforms — your wallet address, display name, and progress data are shared across all Tienko ecosystem sites to provide a unified experience. (b) Service Providers — third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platforms, such as analytics providers (Google Analytics), hosting providers, and email services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. (c) Legal Requirements — we may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority. (d) Business Transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Blockchain Data

Please be aware that blockchain transactions are public and immutable. Any transaction you conduct on the Solana blockchain — including minting coins, transferring tokens, and paying fees — is permanently recorded on the public ledger and is visible to anyone. Tienko cannot delete or modify blockchain records. Your wallet address, while pseudonymous, may be linked to your identity through other means outside our control.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platforms. You can control cookie preferences through our Cookie Consent banner. For full details on the cookies we use and how to manage them, please see our Cookie Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Platforms and fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy. Profile data is retained for the duration of your use of the Platforms and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your profile data by contacting us at [email protected], subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: (a) Right of Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. (b) Right to Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data. (c) Right to Erasure — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. (d) Right to Restrict Processing — request that we limit how we use your data. (e) Right to Data Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format (use the Coin Vault feature at tienko.io/vault). (f) Right to Object — object to our processing of your data for certain purposes. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to take steps to protect your own wallet and account credentials.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platforms are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us at [email protected].

11. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the Platforms, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by posting a notice on the Platforms. Your continued use of the Platforms after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

13. Contact Us
