Extreme Volatility
Digital assets, including the coins and tokens on the Tienko Platforms, are subject to extreme price volatility. The value of any digital asset can increase or decrease dramatically in a very short period of time, including to zero. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should never invest more than you can afford to lose entirely.
Risk of Total Loss
You may lose all funds you commit to the Tienko ecosystem. This includes SOL spent on minting fees, transaction fees, and any digital assets you acquire. There is no guarantee of any return, and no mechanism exists to recover lost funds. The Stash prize pool is funded by platform fees and its distribution is not guaranteed.
Regulatory and Legal Risk
The regulatory environment for digital assets and blockchain technology is rapidly evolving and varies significantly by jurisdiction. Laws and regulations that apply to digital assets may change at any time, potentially rendering certain activities illegal or restricting access to the Platforms. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in the Tienko ecosystem complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Tienko makes no representations about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
Technology and Smart Contract Risk
Blockchain technology and smart contracts are experimental and may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or unforeseen issues. The Solana network may experience outages, congestion, or forks that affect the Platforms. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible — once submitted, they cannot be cancelled or reversed. Tienko cannot be held responsible for losses arising from blockchain network failures, smart contract bugs, or wallet software issues.
Self-Custody Risk
The Tienko Platforms use a non-custodial model — you retain full control of your wallet and private keys. Tienko does not hold or control your digital assets. This means: (a) if you lose access to your wallet or private keys, Tienko cannot recover them; (b) if your wallet is compromised, Tienko cannot reverse unauthorised transactions; (c) you are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, seed phrase, and private keys. Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone, including Tienko staff.
Liquidity Risk
Digital assets on the Tienko Platforms may have limited or no liquidity. You may not be able to sell or transfer your assets at the time or price you desire. The existence of a coin on the Platforms does not guarantee that a market for that coin exists or will continue to exist.
Third-Party Risk
The Tienko ecosystem integrates with third-party services including Solana network providers, wallet software (such as Phantom), and payment processors. Tienko is not responsible for the actions, failures, or security of these third parties. You use third-party services at your own risk.
Not Securities
The coins and tokens on the Tienko Platforms are digital collectibles and game assets. They are not securities, shares, bonds, or any other form of regulated financial instrument. They do not represent ownership in any company, entitlement to dividends, or any other financial right. Tienko does not make any representations about the future value or utility of any digital asset.
